Pay: £12.70 to £13.00 per hour
40 hours per week across Monday to Friday.
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Stores Person to pick kits ready for production.
Skills and Experience needed:
- Experience working in a stores role, within a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to think on own initiative and be self-driven.
- Must have a flexible approach to work and be able to react to changing priorities.
- Keen eye for detail and thorough approach to tasks.
- A good level of IT skills is essential.
- Experience of using SAP advantageous.
Main duties:
- Main function is to pick and kit numerous parts for a variety of production cells across the site in line with business's order book.
- The role will involve a lot of lifting, walking and movement around site transporting parts to various production cells.
- Following company work to lists, route cards and reading engineering drawings.
- Maintain a clean workspace and surrounding area promoting a safe and efficient environment.
- Following company quality process and reporting any non-conformances.
- PPI to support Stock Manager when required.
