We are currently recruiting for an experienced Stores Person to pick kits ready for production.
Skills and Experience needed:
- Experience working in a stores role, within a manufacturing
- Ability to think on own initiative and be self-driven.
- Must have a flexible approach to work and be able to react to changing priorities
- Keen eye for detail and thorough approach to tasks.
- A good level of IT skills is essential.
- Experience of using SAP advantageous
Main duties:
- Main function is to pick and kit numerous parts for a variety of production cells across the site in line with businesses order book
- The role will involve a lot of lifting, walking and movement around site transporting parts to various production cells
- Following of company work to lists, route cards and reading engineering drawings.
- Maintain a clean workspace and surrounding area promoting a safe and efficient environment
- Following company quality process and reporting any non-conformances
- PPI to support Stock Manager when required
