We are looking to expand the number of part 2 scaffolders as our client in the Redditch area is expanding due to an influx in work with up to £190 per day or £18.88 per hour for PAYE and more if you have your own LTD company. There is constant ongoing work and for the right people the option to go over to their books once a probation period is complete. The management and working environment is very down to earth and we can accommodate a trial shift of which you will be paid before you commit more time. Roles and responsibilities: * You will arrive at site for 07:00 MondayFriday * You will load the truck up with the tools and equipment to travel down to site * You will be driven anywhere and all over the country * You will then assemble the scaffolding * You will then return to site between 16:00 and 16:30 Pay: * For part 1 scaffolders can either be paid hourly at £15.55 per hour (with holiday put to one side for paid leave when you need) or a daily rate of £160. * For part 2 scaffolders can either be paid hourly at £18.88 (with holiday put to one side for paid leave when you need) or a daily rate of £190. * If you elect for hourly pay holiday will be put to one side so that you can take paid time off when you need. Skills required: * Part 1 or part 2 CISRS card. * Part 2 scaffolders to have at least 5 years exp. * Part 1 scaffolders ready to move onto their part 2 course. * Comfortable with working over the country when required.
