An established engineering and manufacturing business is looking for an experienced MRP System Manager to lead the implementation, optimisation and ongoing management of its ERP/MRP system. Working closely with Engineering, Procurement, Production and Finance, you will ensure the integrity of manufacturing data, improve business processes and drive operational efficiency across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the ERP/MRP system.
- Manage day-to-day system performance, user support and data integrity.
- Maintain Bills of Materials, routings, part master data and engineering changes.
- Monitor inventory and manufacturing processes from procurement through to despatch.
- Develop KPIs, dashboards and operational reports.
- Analyse manufacturing costs and investigate variances.
- Identify process improvements and lead system enhancement projects.
- Work collaboratively with Engineering, Production, Procurement and Finance.
- Train and support users.
