Our client is looking for an experienced Marketing Sales Assistant to join their team.
Permanent position: Monday to Friday, 0900 till 1700, £26000 per year.
Duties:
- Process chemical orders via phone and email
- Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
- Liaise with the logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain and update data entry
- Process sales orders
- Produce marketing material for customers
- Support field sales team
- Order marketing material
- Liaise with marketing global team
- Site visits to produce material for social media
- Create marketing campaigns to bring in new leads for the businesses via computer system
Requirements:
- Must be sufficient in all Microsoft packages
- Previous admin experience
- Language Spanish would be an advantage
- Must have excellent verbal and written skills
