Industrial Recruitment Consultant Location: Redditch Job Type: Permanent Position Salary: 28,000 to 30,000 + Commission –Negotiable depending on experience Reporting to: Recruitment Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, developing strong client relationships, sourcing, and placing candidates, and achieving set targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a results-driven attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and business objectives. * Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: job briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding. * Source candidates using a variety of methods including job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and internal databases. * Write and post effective job advertisements to attract top talent. * Conduct candidate interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit. * Provide clients with market insight, salary benchmarks, and hiring advice. * Achieve personal and team KPIs/targets for placements, revenue, and client development. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records on the CRM system. * Attend client meetings and recruitment fairs as needed.
