Job Title: Debt Collection Advisor Location: Sheffield Hours: Full time Salary: £26,000 per annum basic with commission Our client is looking for experience Debt Collection Advisor to join their busy team. Working shifts between 0800am till 08.00pm Monday to Saturday. Your primary role will be making and receiving telephone calls with customers to arrange payment for outstanding debts. 37.5 hours per week Basic salary offered, plus a monthly bonus on your performance earning a potential of £30k+ per year. Duties - You will be making and receiving telephone calls from businesses and individuals to recover outstanding debts Handling difficult conversations in a sensitive and professional manner with customers over the telephone Entering accurate records of conversations and payment agreements into a customer database Following processes and guidelines regarding debt collection Working in an open plan, contact centre environment Accurately entering customer payment details into our systems Requirements - Previous experience working in a call centre collections role Clear and confident communications skills - both writing/data entry and over the telephone Being comfortable working towards targets Strong IT skills Happy to make outgoing telephone calls to customers Problem solving abilities
