You will be working from home three days each week and working in their Shropshire office for two days each week.

They are looking for an ambitious Trainee Sales Executive to join their team.
You don't need previous sales experience as my client is prepared to train the right person.
There will be the opportunity for this role to progress into a sales position, where you will be working towards a competitive bonus scheme.
Your role will focus on re-engaging lapsed customers speaking to farmers who have previously used used the company's technology, understanding their needs and encouraging them to return.
Making warm outbound calls to lapsed customers and quality marketing leads.
Building relationships with farmers and agricultural businesses.
Understanding customer needs and demonstrating the value of the product.
Supporting onboarding, renewals and customer queries.
Managing your own sales pipeline and opportunities.
We're looking for: A degree in Agriculture or a related subject.
Ideally, practical farming/agricultural experience.
Confident communication skills and the ability to build rapport.
A commercial, ambitious and driven personality.
Someone keen to develop a long-term career in sales.
