HR Employment are looking for an experienced Polisher to work with one of their prestigious clients based in Coventry. The successful Polisher will be responsible for finishing, sanding, polishing, and repairing GRP components to ensure they meet high-quality standards. This role involves using various hand and power tools to achieve a smooth, glossy, and aesthetically pleasing surface on GRP products used in automotive, construction, and bathrooms.
The ideal Polisher will have a keen eye for detail, excellent manual dexterity, and experience working with composite materials.
The main duties are:
- Surface Preparation
- Sanding and Grinding
- Polishing
- Repair Work
- Gel Coat and Primers application
- Quality Control
Experience Required:
- Polisher Finisher
- Using hand tools
- Working in a Tool room
Pay rate for Polisher: £13.00 - £14.00ph depending on experience
Working hours: 07:30 - 16:00 Monday to Friday
