The predicted salary is between 12.71 - 12.71 £ per hour.
Machine operating experience is essential with a good understanding of manufacturing processes. Knowledge of operating machines such as CMC Paperwrap, CMC 250, Sitma poly or similar machines is an advantage. Must have good verbal and clear written communication skills. Must demonstrate attention to detail and quality at all times. PC Literacy skills to operate the in-house systems. Flexible towards working hours where additional hours may be required to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Setting up and Operating machines effectively.
- You must carry out QA checks and accurately complete company documentation.
- Participate in team meetings to ensure that the production targets are achieved.
- Any faults or breakdowns with machinery are to be reported directly to the supervisor or management.
- Meeting agreed deadlines set by the supervisor.
- Report issues to the team leader or management.
- Actively encouraged to improve the manufacturing process.
- General Housekeeping.
