We are looking for suitable and experienced candidates to work with our established client based in the Coventry area. We are looking for candidates that have Fibreglass Finishing experience. Other experience within manufacturing is an advantage and will help with other production duties but we are recruiting for specific Fibreglass experience. Shift time: 07:30 – 16:00 Monday to Friday Pay: £12.71 - £14.00 *dependant on experience. *Pay reviews are held regularly within training timeframes. Key Responsibilities: Sanding, trimming, and preparing components for finishing. Polishing and detailing surfaces to required quality standards. Carrying out cosmetic repairs. Working from job sheets and production specifications. Ensuring all parts meet quality and dimensional requirements. Maintain a safe working environment.
