My client specialises in offering a wide variety of hands-on courses and they have invested millions into their sites to ensure that their employees have an impressive environment to work in.
This will be a 3 month contract, supporting the Executive Director of People Services whilst she focuses on introducing a new HRIS system.
The role will also be on a part-time basis (fully office-based) working 3 days per week.
You will provide strategic leadership for student engagement, workforce development, employer partnerships, and organisational culture, ensuring an outstanding student experience and a highly skilled, diverse, and engaged workforce that supports their strategic objectives.
