This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied and challenging HR role, is confident dealing with complex employee relations matters and has experience working with Trade Unions. What you'll be doing Managing and supporting a team of up to 10 HR Advisors and Administrators. Advising on complex employee relations cases. Supporting managers with HR issues and reducing absenteeism. Building strong relationships with Trade Union representatives. Working closely with the recruitment team. Providing guidance and support across the HR team. Getting involved in HR projects and wider organisational initiatives; providing strategic and day to day support to the HR Director. What we're looking for Previous experience at HR Manager level . CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualification. Strong employee relations and complex case experience. Previous Trade Union experience . Experience managing an HR team. A confident, approachable and flexible style. Full UK driving licence, as travel between sites is required. TPBN1_UKTJ
