HR Employment Bureau are looking for an experienced Laser Programmer work with one of there prestigious clients based in the Nottingham area.

Programmer: £14.00ph (increases after probation period) Key Responsibilities of Laser Programmer Produce accurate laser cutting programs from customer drawings and CAD files.
Create efficient nests to maximise material utilisation and reduce waste.
Generate production documentation, including route cards and work instructions where required.
Ensure programs meet customer specifications and quality requirements.
Work closely with Production Planning to prioritise urgent work and meet delivery deadlines.
Liaise with Estimating and Sales regarding manufacturability and material requirements.
Review customer drawings and identify potential manufacturing issues before production.
Maintain accurate programming records and documentation.
Support continuous improvement by reviewing programming methods and improving efficiencies.
Assist with troubleshooting production issues relating to programmed parts.
Communicate effectively with shop floor operators to resolve programming queries.
Ensure revision control is maintained for customer drawings and programs.
Support new product introductions and prototype work.
