Days: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Nights: Monday to Thursday, 6:00 pm – 6:00 am

Key Responsibilities and Duties
The Role
As a key member of our production team, you’ll be responsible for:
- Preparing moulds by applying release agents to ensure high-quality production.
- Hand-laminating pre-preg materials with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Safely de-moulding cured components while protecting both parts and tooling.
- Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet exacting quality standards.
- Following and maintaining our quality management systems.
Key Skills and Competencies
The Candidate
We’re looking for candidates who have the following skills and attributes:
- Eligibility to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available).
- Experience working as a Laminator in a similar environment
- Their own vehicle and the ability to commute to our site due to its rural location.
- A methodical, precise and quality-driven approach to work.
- Experience working from technical drawings and specifications.
- The ability to minimise material waste and work efficiently.
- Strong workload management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- A calm approach under pressure, with proactive problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
- The confidence to identify and elevate issues when necessary.
