We have an exciting opportunity to join our greenkeeping team at Little Hay Golf Complex, based in Bovingdon, Hertfordshire, as an apprentice greenkeeper.
This is ideal for anyone looking to start their career in greenkeeping.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Working with various machinery
- Preparing ground for seeding
- Undertaking routine machine maintenance
- Mowing tees, greens
- Raking bunkers
- Brushing greens
- Picking balls from the driving range
Key Skills and Competencies
- Ability to work in a team
- Positive attitude and a desire to learn
- Basic knowledge of golf course operation & knowledge of machinery is desirable but not essential as full training will be given
