We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Pets Assistant to join our team and help customers care for their beloved pets. In this role, you will offer knowledgeable advice, maintain a welcoming store environment, and ensure our shelves are fully stocked with the products our customers and their pets love. Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • To assist the Manager in the running of the shop floor and department at all times.
  • Helping customers with their enquiries in the Pets Department.
  • General housekeeping of the department.
  • Processing weekly deliveries.
  • Merchandise products on the shop floor, ensuring that all the products are correctly priced, clearly marked and displayed safely.
  • Help in other areas of the business as and when required.
Key Skills and Competencies
  • You are enthusiastic and approachable.
  • You are willing to develop and learn.
  • Previous experience working within a pet’s store is beneficial but not a strict requirement.
