Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Working closely with our Technical Manager, you'll be at the heart of our quality operation — carrying out routine checks on the production line, inspecting incoming materials, conducting product testing, and keeping our quality records accurate and up to date.
  • Day to day, you'll be monitoring temperatures, running swabbing programmes, preparing samples for customer submissions and external labs, and supporting the team with technical documentation and specifications.
  • It's a varied, hands-on role that touches every part of the business — from the factory floor to customer-facing technical systems.

Key Skills and Competencies

  • You'll need a keen eye for detail, solid organisational skills, and the confidence to work both independently and as part of a busy team.
  • Good communication skills and basic IT literacy (Microsoft Office) are essential.
