Due to continued growth and increasing project demand, we are looking for experienced Composite Trim & Fitters to join our skilled production team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on cutting‑edge projects within a fast‑paced and highly professional manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Hand trimming and preparation of composite components
- Bonding and fitting of components using adhesives and fixtures
- Finishing components prior to final inspection
- Working from technical drawings and specifications
- Maintaining high levels of quality and attention to detail
- Supporting production targets and delivery schedules
Key Skills and Competencies
- Eligibility to work in the UK, no sponsorship will be provided
- Previous experience within composite trim and fitting
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Excellent attention to detail and workmanship standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience working within fast‑paced or high‑pressure manufacturing environments
