Hours: 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Effectively manage a large team whilst running front of house
- Maintain high catering standards
- Serve guests food & drinks and check on their satisfaction
- Train new team members in company standards, customer service, and job duties
- Connect with customers and develop strong relationships to encourage repeat visitation
- Motivate, guide, and mentor team members to exceed goals and create a positive environment during shifts
- Involvement in all catering recruitment
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- General housekeeping within the complete restaurant area
- Ensure you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Previous experience managing a large team
- Previous experience working within the hospitality industry
- Good verbal and written English communication skills are essential as well as eligibility to work in the UK
- Good personal appearance and hygiene
- You must have at least 1 year’s experience within hospitality
- You must be flexible in terms of the working hours required of you
