The Gym Absolutely Fitness is a huge 2‑story gym located on Easthampstead rd, Bracknell. As part of the Absolutely Together Charity, we offer first‑rate facilities and all profits go towards putting smiles on faces of children with disabilities. The Bracknell gym includes:

Why You?
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Assistant Club Manager to join our team part time 30 hours per week with the opportunity to personal train alongside. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping members achieve their fitness goals. You will be responsible for ensuring that all fitness areas and activities are effectively promoted and managed to exceed member expectations.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Managing Staff: Ensuring safe adequate levels of staffing for smooth operation of the business. Recruiting, training, and line managing site staff including undertaking regular 121s and appraisals.
- Operational Leadership: Producing reports for senior management. Ensuring health and safety compliance, and complying with legal requirements. Ensuring gym equipment is maintained and liaising with contractors for swift repairs where necessary. Leading the team to conduct tours and sell gym memberships. Developing marketing ideas and promotions to increase gym and sports sales. Reviewing monthly Management Profit & Loss accounts. Completing month‑end tasks and reports for the finance team. Maintain spending levels on staff and purchases to ensure profitability.
- Front of House: Often working in a lone working environment, setting up sports equipment, and handling day‑to‑day gym enquiries. Conducting gym inductions and workout programmes. Conducting tours and selling gym memberships.
