We are looking for a passionate, hands on, and enthusiastic Café Assistant to join our team on a

Zero-Hour Contract .

You will work as part of a valued team working in our busy café, your main role will be to fulfil customer orders, work the front of house and ensure our customers are served to a high standard.

Along with this you will be needed to support the supervisor and all other staff members to ensure the smooth running of our busy café!

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Welcome guests on arrival and bid them farewell.
  • Take guests orders and put them on till.
  • Good knowledge of food and drinks.
  • Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety.
  • Serve guests food & drinks and check on their satisfaction.
  • Housekeeping of the Restaurant (Cleaning floors, tables, back areas)
  • Ensure our guests have a pleasant experience while dining with us
  • Key Skills and Competencies
  • Prior experience in hospitality is beneficial, but not a strict requirement.
  • Good verbal and written English communication skills are essential as well as eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Good personal appearance and hygiene.
  • Basic knowledge of food hygiene.

Passionate about customer satisfaction.
