We are looking for an assistant to help in all areas of our vibrant and thriving Plant Department at our Bagshot Branch. You should have a passion for plants and the enthusiasm to use these qualities to provide excellent service to our customers. We are looking for a team player who is passionate about providing excellent retail standards and customer service. Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Ensuring high standards of the plant area are maintained, including sweeping, and checking plant quality.
  • Watering in the plant area as directed by manager or supervisor.
  • Dealing professionally with enquiries from customers, giving help and advice on plant care and arranging delivery of their plants.
  • Processing customer orders, including use of the till system.
  • Replenishing and merchandising of stock, ensuring that all products are correctly priced, clearly marked and displayed safely.
