The Trainee Fabricator will support the production of uPVC and aluminium windows and doors across multiple manufacturing stages. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals with a background in carpentry, joinery, or assembly-based manufacturing, who are looking to develop their skills within a specialist industry.

What you'll do:

  • Assist in the fabrication and assembly of windows and doors
  • Use hand tools and machinery (training provided)
  • Follow technical instructions and maintain quality standards
  • Carry out basic checks and support production targets
  • Maintain a clean, safe working environment

  • Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a hands-on trade (e.g. carpentry or joinery)
