IEW Ltd (Industrial Electronic Wiring Ltd) has been in business for over 45 years and has become a highly experienced SME in its field, having established the company as a subcontract electronic manufacturer that builds bespoke complex electrical panels, cables, PLC controllers and PCBs to our clients' specifications. IEW currently employs circa 50 staff and, due to our continued growth, we are looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals to join our team.
The Role
IEW is currently seeking a skilled Cabinet Assembler to build cabinetry to customer specifications and drawings, while consistently maintaining high quality standards and working efficiently. This role supports the manufacturing team to ensure the timely delivery of high‑quality products in line with IEW's objectives and customer requirements.
Key Objectives
- Ability to read and understand customer drawings and build instructions.
- Experience in soldering and crimping.
- Willingness to learn new jobs/skills.
- Flexible approach.
- Ability to use measuring tools to a high level of accuracy.
- Good team‑building skills, ability to work as a team member and as an individual.
