NL Autos, an established and trusted family run business, based in Bognor, are looking for a skilled and reliable Motor Technician to join our busy workshop team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine servicing and maintenance
- Diagnose and repair mechanical faults
- Conduct vehicle inspections and road tests
- Complete job cards and documentation accurately
- Maintain tools and workshop equipment
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Essential Requirements:
- Valid UK Driving Licence
- Recognised qualification/demonstrable work experience as a Motor Technician
- Proven experience in servicing, diagnostics and repairs
- Strong attention to detail and positive work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Hardworking attitude with willingness to learn
- Good communication skills
- Honest, trustworthy and dependable
- Willingness to support the wider business when needed
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Ability to support apprentices if required
