The predicted salary is between 22700 - 23800 £ per year.

£27,000 - £28,000 per annum with a bonus scheme of up to £1200 per annum.

For the first 6-8 weeks, the role will be based on Hawley Road, so you need to be able to get there and Aldershot.

Would you like the opportunity to work for a successful growing company, which has 14 different brands under the group? You will have some experience of sales already, but it doesn’t need to be from an office environment; it is more about your personality in showing you want to be successful in the role. The majority of your sales will be from inbound leads, and you will gain experience in selling for up to 3 of their companies. You will also need to demonstrate excellent administration and organisational skills.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Receive and load customer order requirements by all methods of communication (phone, email, website), onto operating platforms.
  • Answering and responding to inbound telephone enquiries.
  • Order taking.
  • Delivery issues / product queries / product returns.
  • Reporting of equipment faults.
  • Involvement in New Product Launches, Special Offer Initiatives and Customer Related Feedback and compiling this information for use in Driving Sales and our Group Profile with these clients.
  • Training to encourage additional sales to clients when processing orders.
  • In time, becoming a pivotal part of an expanding team of Group Sales Administrators which can lead to promotional prospects in this rapidly growing Group.
Skills Required:
  • Good interpersonal skills and team ethic.
  • A knowledge of Excel.
  • To be able to demonstrate a general awareness of using some form of house software is desirable.
  • Some history of either telephone sales or customer-facing roles.
