Role Overview

As an HR Consultant, you will be instrumental in providing expert quality HR advice and support to our clients. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can juggle multiple responsibilities and deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

HR Service Delivery:

  • Assist clients onsite with redundancy programs, employee relations issues, and TUPE matters.
  • Support the HR Advice Line, ensuring accurate and timely advice.
  • Provide expert HR guidance on employee relations over telephone and email.
  • Chair or support formal meetings for clients.
  • Deliver HR training and update client policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company governance.
  • Support client recruitment efforts and provide detailed reports.
  • Good HRIS experience to support client HRIS systems and reporting.

Business Relations and Development:

  • Conduct regular client review meetings and identify new business opportunities.
  • Support new client onboarding.

Candidate Requirements

  • Qualifications: CIPD qualified, graduate calibre
  • Experience: Handling complex HR issues, strong UK employment law knowledge, and experience across various business sectors
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Excellent HRIS experience to include setup and data transfer
