Role Overview
As an HR Consultant, you will be instrumental in providing expert quality HR advice and support to our clients. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can juggle multiple responsibilities and deliver exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
HR Service Delivery:
- Assist clients onsite with redundancy programs, employee relations issues, and TUPE matters.
- Support the HR Advice Line, ensuring accurate and timely advice.
- Provide expert HR guidance on employee relations over telephone and email.
- Chair or support formal meetings for clients.
- Deliver HR training and update client policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company governance.
- Support client recruitment efforts and provide detailed reports.
- Good HRIS experience to support client HRIS systems and reporting.
Business Relations and Development:
- Conduct regular client review meetings and identify new business opportunities.
- Support new client onboarding.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualifications: CIPD qualified, graduate calibre
- Experience: Handling complex HR issues, strong UK employment law knowledge, and experience across various business sectors
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise effectively
- Excellent HRIS experience to include setup and data transfer
