What’s In It For You:
- Holidays: 22 days holiday + bank holidays

- Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (DOE)
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:30 (37.5 hours per week)
- Hybrid Working: Based in the office, with some home working and attendance on client sites across Bristol, Bath and North Somerset
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Acting as a trusted HR partner to SME clients, delivering commercial, pragmatic, and solutions-focused HR advice.
- Managing a diverse HR caseload, ensuring compliance with employment law while providing tailored, business-savvy support.
- Advising on a range of HR matters, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and restructures.
- Engaging with clients via phone, email, and video, with regular on-site visits across Bristol, Bath and North Somerset.
- Being responsible for the account management with clients, managing stakeholders and demonstrating commercial acumen.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years' HR/ER experience with strong employment law knowledge.
- CIPD qualification (or equivalent).
- A self-motivated and highly organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Commercially aware - you understand the needs of both the business and clients.
- A client-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Full driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
Desirable Skills & Experience:
- Experience working with multiple clients simultaneously.
- Client relationship management, training delivery, or business development experience.
- Familiarity with HR software, CRM systems, coaching, or mediation.
