About The Role:
We are looking for an experienced and highly capable Senior Waiter to join the front-of-house team at The Candover. As a Senior Waiter, you will be a key presence on the floor during service, leading by example through professionalism, product knowledge and calm execution. You will take ownership of your section, ensure guests receive a warm and attentive experience and support less experienced team members by offering guidance and support during service.

- Deliver warm, confident and attentive service to all guests
- Take full ownership of a section, managing service smoothly and ensuring food and drinks are delivered accurately and at the correct pace
- Build rapport with guests and ensure they feel welcome and well looked after
- Maintain high attention to detail throughout service
- Support junior waiters during service when needed
- Confidently describe dishes, ingredients and drinks to guests
- Support upselling through knowledge and enthusiasm
- Maintain excellent presentation and professionalism
- Work collaboratively with the wider front-of-house and kitchen teams
