About The Role: We are looking for a professional Floor Supervisor to play a key role in ensuring that, on a day-to-day basis, the front-of-house team consistently delivers this experience across the entire venue.

• Lead service on the floor, ensuring standards are consistently met across all areas
• Deliver a relaxed but professional guest experience that feels welcoming and natural
• Support, motivate, and guide the team throughout service
• Ensure food and drink service is delivered accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and management to ensure smooth service
• Take pride in developing hospitality skills in a high-quality, high-volume environment
• Actively contribute to a service culture that balances high standards with approachability
