We are seeking a GxP Validation Technician to join a growing technical services team supporting regulated GMP/GDP environments. This customer facing role involves delivering onsite validation projects, supporting cleanroom measurement activities, and maintaining high standards of compliance and documentation. Full training will be provided for cleanroom measurement services.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver onsite temperature and relative humidity mapping validation
- Perform computer software validation activities
- Support cleanroom requalification and measurement services
- Maintain and develop validation documentation and templates
- Support validation quotations and support sales activity
- Contribute to departmental KPIs and continuous improvement
- Occasional travel to customer sites nationwide to support validation and cleanroom projects
What We’re Looking For
- Understanding of IQ/OQ/PQ principles and validation processes
- Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech environments (required)
- Strong communication skills and ability to build client relationships
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel/stay overnight
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage workload effectively
- Experience with software validation or cleanroom environments (desirable)
- Understanding of calibration principles (desirable)
