A well-established and growing provider of high-performance materials and specialist packaging solutions across Europe and beyond is searching for an exceptional Site Operations Manager to take the helm at their key site near Halifax. This high-impact leadership role offers the chance to shape and drive our customer service, production, warehousing, and distribution operations across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams including production, warehousing, and customer services
- Ensure site operations align with business goals and quality standards
- Oversee facility management, health & safety, and process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with supply chain, sales, and quality, health, safety & environmental teams to drive performance and customer satisfaction
- Monitor KPIs and reporting, including on time in full (OTIF), stock management, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system integrity
- Implement Sales & Operation planning and contribute to strategic planning
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an operations management role within a manufacturing or distribution environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
