Role Overview Our client is looking for a Marketing Specialist, someone who is passionate about marketing and is eager to broaden their skill set across content, email, social and ad channels, and collaborate closely with our Design, Web, Paid Media, and SEO teams. In this role, you’ll guide integrated campaigns from planning through execution, serving as the central point of contact for internal brands and specialist teams to ensure smooth delivery and alignment. You’ll take ownership of campaign reporting and analytics; building weekly dashboards and monthly summaries, interpreting insights, and helping shape strategy. On the creative side, you’ll contribute to content calendars, campaign briefs, email workflows, and social schedules, blending analytical thinking with clear communication to ensure every campaign is both impactful and measurable This role requires a solid foundation in marketing: you’ll need to be tech‑savvy with platforms like Google Analytics, CMS, Mailchimp, and project‑management tools like Asana or Trello. Ideally, you already have 2+ years in a similar marketing or coordination role, and familiarity with SEO, PPC, and basic market research will help you hit the ground running. This is a hands‑on, collaborative position in an ambitious in‑house agency. You’ll work in‑office, but across multiple disciplines, strengthening processes, improving coordination, and bringing ideas into action. Key Responsibilities * E-commerce Platform Management: Set up and maintain online stores * Technical Integrations: Implement and manage integrations * Product Catalogue Management: Oversee product listings and databases. * Website Optimisation: Enhance site performance through SEO best practices, mobile responsiveness, and load speed improvements. * Data Analysis: Utilise analytics tools to monitor website performance, * Customer Support Systems: Set up and manage customer support tools like live chat, FAQs, and contact forms to enhance user satisfaction.​ * Trouble shooting Requirements * 2–4 years experience in a general marketing, marketing executive, or coordinator role. * A working understanding of core marketing channels, social media, content, email, PPC, SEO, and how they interact. * Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), and familiarity with performance metrics, traffic sources, and reporting. * Strong copywriting and content editing skills. * Experience managing timelines, schedules, and campaign plans across multiple stakeholders. * Proactive mindset with a high level of organisation and attention to detail. * Collaborative, team-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
