We have a rare opportunity for someone wanting to get into HR! These opportunities don't come along very often! We like to grow our own and we do! We have lots of success with developing great HR people, so come and join our team! Whether you are just starting out in your career or fancy HR as a career change, we have a vacancy for a HR Administrator and we would love to develop someone into our next HR Star.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing a high-quality HR admin service to all HR clients.
  • Attending formal HR meetings with clients at their site as and when required as note taker e.g., disciplinary hearings, redundancy consultations etc.
  • Attending client sites to carry out HR Audits.
  • Carrying out Contract and Employment and Employee Handbook reviews for potential and existing clients.
  • Creating Contracts of Employment and Employee Handbooks for clients.
  • Conducting and tracking Right to work checks prior to employee start dates.
  • Gathering references and sending reference requests out once gathered, prior to employee start dates.
  • Processing DBS checks when necessary.
  • Supporting Line Managers in creating employee induction schedules prior to employee start dates.
  • Ensuring all training is identified, kept up to date and reported on.
  • Maintaining training records to ensure compliance.
  • Managing appraisal reminders, administration and queries.
  • Managing and maintaining HR Systems for our Clients.
  • Coordinating the set up of HR systems for new clients.
  • Preparing and maintaining HR files.
  • Producing relevant contract termination correspondence for our clients.
  • Coordinating the leavers checklist for our clients.
  • Coordinating and conducting exit interview process where required for our clients.
  • Supporting the data gathering and entry for the KPI reports for our clients and updating them monthly.
  • Developing strong relationships with clients, nurturing them so that they rely on the HR Dept as an essential part of their business through high levels of trust and confidence.
  • Administering surveys & questionnaires on behalf of clients to gather and collate HR data and draw conclusions from this.
