Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly management reports
  • Process customer and supplier invoices, credit notes, and payments
  • Maintain accurate sales and purchase ledger records
  • Complete bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
  • Manage low volume, high value credit control
  • Support month-end duties and year-end closure
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate financial data
  • Providing general administrative support to the finance function
