We are looking for a proactive, detail driven Procurement Specialist to join a busy Supply Chain team and keep essential materials flowing smoothly across the business. If you enjoy owning supplier relationships, staying ahead of demand and keeping operations running without interruption, this role will suit you perfectly.

What You ll Be Doing

  • Managing material supply using planning tools to ensure consistent availability.
  • Building strong relationships with key suppliers and monitoring their performance.
  • Raising and progressing purchase orders, negotiating terms and keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Maintaining accurate stock levels and implementing strategies to prevent shortages or excess.
  • Supporting continuous improvement across procurement processes and documentation.
  • Working closely with internal teams to resolve issues around pricing, delivery or quality.
  • Keeping system data up to date, including pricing and lead times.
