We work for our HR Clients as inhouse Talent Managers (but from our office) and are set up in the same way that Recruitment Consultancies are.
Our motivation is to find the BEST person for the job and not to put a bum on a seat.
Our HR team help us out in the process, when required, to draft job descriptions, influence the business and manage the onboarding process.
