Your key responsibilities will be:
- Obtaining quotations from couriers, overnight transport, and freight forwarders for Air/Sea/Road shipments and then arranging the bookings.
- Inputting export worksheets and despatching export samples.
- Liaising with TNT, FedEx to investigate delayed and missing shipments and dealing with any fleet related telephone calls and emails, making sure they get dealt with in a timely manner.
- Staying informed about any changes in export regulations and compliance requirements and attending DGSA courses as directed.
