Driver & Installer 40 hours a week worked flexibly Mon-Fri between 7am & 7pm We have an exciting opportunity for a Driver/Installer to join our clients fine outdoor furniture company. They pride themselves in being the leading designers and manufacturers for British made fine outdoor furniture, kitchens and accessories. Our objective is to achieve the highest level of service throughout our customer\’s journey so that they feel a sense of belonging which starts from the moment they make first contact with us and continues throughout the lifetime of the items they purchase from us. Our client is a leader in their field and are highly respected in the community of garden enthusiasts and professionals across the luxury goods and services market. They keep sustainability at the forefront of everything they do. They have created a positive, inclusive company culture and they place a high value on personal development. You will be leading on: * Maintain the vehicles and ensure weekly service checks are carried out * Ensure all furniture is prepared for delivery before loading, quality checking the condition of the furniture. * Ensure all paperwork is correct and matches load. * Responsible for loading/unloading all furniture and items for delivery and collection * Checking that all items secured securely before departure * Engage with customers in a courteous and polite manner at all times * Deliver and place furniture as instructed providing advice and information as required * Install kitchens as part of a team, to required specification providing completion certificate with Client * Liaising with Mobile Aftercare relating to schedules and deliveries. * Assisting in the warehouse, site, and maintaining vehicles. * Working extended hours or working away from site occasionally overseas
