Customer Service Representative Camberley £25,500 – £26,500 (depending on experience) We’re looking for a friendly and proactive Customer Service Advisor to join our growing team. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers across phone, email, live chat, and in person, ensuring every query is handled professionally and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: * Respond to customer enquiries and complaints across all channels * Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally * Provide helpful advice and product information * Support order processing and general admin tasks * Assist in the onsite shop on a rota basis * Make occasional outbound calls/emails * Help at events when needed What We’re Looking For: * Strong communication and people skills * Confident using systems like Outlook, Shopify, and Gorgias (training provided) * Positive attitude and willingness to learn * Reliable, flexible, and team-oriented We are looking for someone on a full time and permanent basis from Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm, Plus 1 in 4 Saturdays (overtime rate) If you\’re great with people and enjoy a fast-paced, varied role – apply now
