What You’ll Do * Complete formulation worksheets and documentation with accuracy and attention to safety. * Support the development of speciality products and prepare samples for customers. * Carry out analysis using a variety of laboratory testing equipment. * Record and maintain data relating to test results and product development. * Keep databases and technical documents up to date and well organised. * Calibrate laboratory equipment and ensure everything is running at its best. * Maintain excellent housekeeping standards across the lab. * Work safely and follow all quality procedures, reporting issues and supporting corrective actions. What You Bring * Experience in a laboratory. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks at once. * Confidence interacting with colleagues at all levels. * Computer literacy * Self‑motivation, discipline and a proactive approach. * Good analytical and problem‑solving skills.
