The Company: Are you working as an HR Assistant or Officer looking for an opportunity to fast track your development? If so, our role is for you. We are looking for a HR Assistant / HR Officer who wants to develop their experience and knowledge to support our growing team and client base. This is an exciting opportunity to not only expand and develop your current knowledge, but a real opportunity to broaden your experience across a range of sectors. The successful candidate will not only be dealing with contracts of employment, policies, holiday calculations, recruitment and HR queries but will have the opportunity to work on complex employment cases including disciplinaries, grievances, redundancies, restructures and TUPE amongst other projects, as their skills and experience develops. At the HR Dept, we provide HR support to small to medium size businesses across nearly every sectors. In addition to solving HR problems and challenges for our clients, we also offer services to help our clients grow their businesses.
