We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Sales & Events Planner to join our growing UK & European team. This is an exciting opportunity to combine event planning, exhibition coordination and sales support within an international business that is rapidly expanding across the UK and Europe. Working directly with senior leadership, you will play a key role in planning and delivering trade shows, customer events and exhibitions across multiple European markets, while supporting the wider sales function. This position offers excellent exposure to international business operations and the chance to work closely with stakeholders at every level of the organisation.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Planning and coordinating UK and European trade shows, exhibitions and events
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for event planning activities across the region
  • Supporting the sales team with administration and project coordination
  • Managing event logistics, merchandising displays and showroom presentations
  • Liaising with colleagues, suppliers and customers across multiple countries
  • Supporting strategic customer engagements and attending key industry events
  • Travelling throughout Europe to oversee event delivery and ensure successful execution

What We're Looking For

  • At least 2 years' experience in event planning, ideally including trade shows or exhibitions
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • A practical, hands-on approach and willingness to assist with event setup and merchandising displays
  • Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Comfortable travelling internationally, including occasional weekend travel when required
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills would be advantageous
  • Experience working within a multinational environment would be beneficial
