Looking for reliable, well-paid work this summer with consistent hours? We’re recruiting Kitchen Porters to support our events team at the world-famous Henley Royal Regatta and Henley Festival, running from Tue, 30th June to Sun, 5th July. There’s also a huge potential to work at the Henley Festival afterwards (8-12th July) – hours and pay rate to be announced.

This is a hands‑on role at busy, high‑end events - ideal for anyone who enjoys being part of a fast‑paced kitchen team and wants solid hours across a two‑week period.

Jubilee Kitchen Porter Events Team: The Role

As a Kitchen Porter, you’ll play a key role in keeping the kitchen running smoothly during busy service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Washing up and maintaining clean kitchen areas
  • Supporting chefs with basic food preparation
  • Moving stock, deliveries and equipment
  • Keeping work areas organised and compliant with hygiene standards
  • Assisting the wider kitchen team during peak service times

Jubilee Kitchen Porter Events Team: What we’re Looking For

  • You must be available between 30th June – 5th July (until 12th July for Henley Festival)
  • Available for shifts between 9:00am and 20:30 (8-10 hour shifts)
  • Hard‑working, reliable and able to work at pace
  • Willing to get stuck in and support the full kitchen operation
  • Good attention to cleanliness and hygiene
  • Previous kitchen experience is helpful but not essential
