We are looking to expand and grow an already healthy pipeline across the Midlands during 2025 and beyond.

Home Improvement Project Manager job in Balsall Common, Highlights:

Home Improvement Project Manager job in Balsall Common, Role Examples:

β€’ Overall management of the project from point of Sale to Completion. Working alongside the Sales team and Construction team to plan, schedule and deliver Home Improvement Projects.
β€’ Manage the schedules of the site teams to maximize staff utilization. This will include but is not limited to managing staff schedules, booking subcontractors for jobs and checking they arrive on jobs etc.
β€’ Preparing site packs including, working drawings and project details. Implementation and enforcement of the required health & safety policies on site.
β€’ Tracking jobs and projects in line with the schedule to ensure budgets are met. This will involve working with finance and management to meet delivery invoicing targets.
β€’ Project updates and communication with clients, providing 1st class customer service through their Home Improvement Journey. This includes but not limited to, providing project updates, communication of changes to schedules and being 1st point of contact for any issues with customers.
β€’ Ordering of stock and arranging site deliveries where required. General administration and assistance in the business.

β€’ Construction / home improvement experience preferable but not essential
β€’ Must be computer literate and have strong time management and planning skills.
