Job Title: Junior Front of House Recruitment Consultant
Location: London Kings Cross
Salary: £28k – £30k (depending on experience) + commission
Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday occasional evenings and weekends (time back in lieu)

About Us:
Jubilee Recruitment are a fast-paced hospitality recruitment agency, working with some of the most exciting hotels, restaurants, venues, contract caterers and events in the industry. Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our Front of House Temps division.

The Role:
As a junior consultant, you will be at the heart of matching the right candidates with the right opportunities. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for hospitality and people, looking to build a career in recruitment. The temps division is very fast paced and you will need to be proactive and organised to be successful

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and interviewing candidates for front of house roles (waiters, bartenders, hosts, supervisors etc.)
  • Building relationships with clients and understanding their staffing needs
  • Managing bookings, shift allocations, and candidate availability
  • Supporting with administration, compliance, and database management
  • Attending client visits and industry networking events
  • Delivering excellent service to both candidates and clients

  • Hospitality or customer service experience, ideally in a front of house role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail
  • Confidence, resilience, and a proactive approach
  • Ambition to build a career in recruitment with a “can-do” attitude
