You'll lead a team of around 15 KP's at a single location with 4 separate kitchens, with the objective of ultimately running an efficient and well-oiled department. You will look after everything from rota's, daily staffing, cleaning schedules, training, performance management, maintaining stock levels, ordering, ensure compliance requirements and records achieved etc.
- Previous experience in Supervisory or Head Kitchen Porter position is beneficial.
