These are genuine Sous Chef roles for someone who can lead from the front, keep standards high and take charge when the Head Chef isn't around. - Solid Sous Chef experience in a busy kitchen
- Full driving licence and own transport (essential)
- Confidence leading a section and running the kitchen when required
- A strong understanding of fresh food and kitchen fundamentals
- Reliable, organised and calm under pressure
- NVQ or City & Guilds qualifications are useful, but experience matters more
