This is essentially a single person kitchen operation, working alongside two front of house staff.

While the menu offering is modest in size, you will have the autonomy of creating a wholesome selection of hot lunches, fresh soup, baked treats and sandwiches.

In addition to the overall objective of providing a tasty selection of food, it will also be your responsibility to maintain/deliver other aspects of the role including keeping the kitchen clean and tidy to a 5* EHO standard, purchasing the ingredients supplies, communicating and managing allergens, all relevant health & safety requirements and daily checks etc.
